ESEAC has always maintained an unrivalled tradition of high quality science combined with excellent hospitality, warm social interaction and local cultural experiences and was formed by the philosophy of Prof. Malcolm Smyth who believed that good science happens when good scientists get together to share good times, good food and good wine. ESEAC 2016 wishes to continue with this philosophy through its all-inclusive social and cultural programme.

On Wednesday afternoon 15th June, there will be an excursion to Wells Cathedral and Glastonbury Tor. Delegates will be supplied with a packed lunch. Departure will be from The Assembly Rooms from after 13:10.
